Case Study
A 32-year-old patient with tooth #11 loss, severe root resorption, and an open bite received a narrow TIL implant (3mm x 10mm) using guided surgery in a 4mm crestal width. The vestibular table was regenerated with the patient’s bone, covered with an EXAFLEX membrane, and primary closure achieved. The control CBCT confirmed the accuracy of the surgery, ensuring proper splint fit and rigidity.
